SALES and MARKETING MANAGER

General Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Usually majoring in Marketing, Management, and Communication.
  • Further education: Possession of an MBA or specialization in digital marketing is an added advantage.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years: Experience in a leadership role in sales or marketing.
  • Successful track record: Experience in achieving sales targets, developing effective marketing strategies, and leading a team.
  • Experience in relevant industries: Experience in Food and Non-Food.

Skills:

  • Leadership: Able to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
  • Strategy: Able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Data analysis: Able to analyze market and sales data to make data-based decisions.
  • Communication: Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, both internally and externally to the company.

ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education is high school/vocational high school
  • Work experience in administration or related positions for at least 1 year (preferred).
  • Able to operate computers (Microsoft Office) and other administrative software.
  • Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Careful, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willing to work with tight deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administration, including archiving and managing documents.
  • Prepare monthly and annual reports.
  • Receive and distribute incoming communications (letters, emails, telephones).
  • Assist in coordinating schedules and arranging meetings.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and other operational needs.

DELIVERY DRIVER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education or equivalent.
  • Maximum age 35 years.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A/B).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a delivery driver (preferred).
  • Proficient in operating vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Knowledgeable about routes and delivery destinations (Jabodetabek).
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
  • Able to work under tight delivery schedules.
  • Capable of working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to designated locations according to the specified schedule.
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of goods.
  • Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip.
  • Maintain the vehicle in good condition and ready for use.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
